Kubota engine

• ● The 185 cfm diesel air compressor is powered by one Kubota engine which is imported from directly.
• ● It can meet Euro 5 or Tier 4 stage exhausting emissions. Engine for Euro 3 or Tier 3 is also available.

High Efficiency Airend

• ● High quality screw air end can produce 185 cfm compressed air @ 100psi.
• ● Air end for Pro and Pro max version compressor is equipped with SKF or FAG bearings.

Pre-Filer

• ● Both compressor and engine are available with Donalson pre-filter which can prevent impurities to enter into compressor screw head and engine cylinders , it can make sure compressor and engine are in good working conditions and longer lifetime.

Fail-close Butterfly air intake valve

• ● It is closed in starting and unloading status , to make sure ligh load start .

Internal aftercooler and AWS

• ● Internal aftercooler can decrease about 10-25 ℃ temperature(up to ambient temperature) which can avoid air tools too hot to handle.
• ● Air water separator can remove most of condensate water to give good protection of air tools.

Diesel Particular Filter (DPF)

• DPF makes sure compressor can meet higher stage exhausting emission , such as Euro V or Tier 4 , it assures compressor can be used in downtown or environment protection law request to use higher stage emission diesel compressor.
